A SPA delegation consisting of the Chairman of the Board, José Jorge Letria, and the Vice-President, João Lourenço, met with the chairman of the Board of Directors of the CCB, Elísio Summavielle, to ensure that the important space of cultural and artistic life in Lisbon will host in the first quarter of 2018 the television gala of SPA, produced in partnership with RTP. The date of the event will be timely announced to the author community and proposed to RTP.
SPA presented to Elísio Summavielle the objectives of this event, as it also underlined the scale of the financial effort made by the Cooperative of the Portuguese authors with the realization of this initiative. SPA President invited the president of the CCB to attend the Ceremony of the day of the Portuguese Author, on 22 May, thereby remembering the dialogue he had with the Portuguese authors when he was Secretary of State for Culture.
